Sol is a group practice of passionate and competent therapists and we provide therapeutic services to adults, children, teens and couples. At Sol we believe, like the sun, each day is a new opportunity to rise, to shine, to get a new chance and to be in the light instead of the darkness.
We primarily work with issues of anxiety, depression, marital/pre marital counseling and general life adjustment. In addition, our child and adolescent therapists specialize in ADHD, behavioral interventions and parenting skills.
