Description

Do you look in the mirror & sometimes don't know who is staring back at you? Anxiety is flooding your thoughts & stressing you out. Not feeling seen or heard by your significant other, family, or friends. You've contemplated whether this relationship is even right for you. You've been the "strong" one, always holding it together when everything is falling apart. Well...YOU deserve to feel heard & seen. YOU deserve to know who is staring back in the mirror. YOU are worthy of unconditional love & respect in your relationship. Let someone else help you for once. This is your time to unleash the true you & shape the life you deserve.

My goal as a therapist is to provide women with tools, knowledge, & confidence to live life on their own terms. l strive to bring a fun & creative vibe to therapy. In our sessions, we may use puzzles, art, music, or just sitting & talking. You'll leave therapy a changed person, friends & family will notice. You'll start having peace & clarity about your life.

I'll say it again you deserve to feel heard, safe, & comfortable to freely express yourself. When working with me you'll have a safe space where you can feel free to laugh, cry, smile, be angry & release embarrassment to ultimately help you GROW into the true you.
