Sister WELLS Counseling, Coaching & Consulting, PLLC, founded by Dr. Charla Blumell, Dr. Sherrá Watkins, and Dr. Shawnté Elbert, is an interdisciplinary group wellness practice with a unique bond – Shawnté and Sherrá are identical twin sisters. Conceived in 2014, inspired by a Minority Leadership conference, Sister WELLS officially launched in March 2017. The name signifies the strong sisterhood bond and commitment to guiding individuals toward authentic transformation. The term "WELLS" draws from the biblical parable of the woman at the well, symbolizing personal healing, happiness, health, and wholeness. Sister WELLS offers counseling, coaching, training, mentoring, and consulting services, addressing the WHOLE person. Their holistic approach empowers individuals to find their voice, pursue passions, and create a healthier reality. Additionally, they offer healing products, including transformative publications like "Healing – In Review" and motivational coloring books, emphasizing self-care and personal growth. Sister WELLS strives to create an inclusive, nurturing environment for individuals to flourish and achieve holistic well-being.
Our Mission: To curate healing spaces by providing coaching, counseling, training, mentoring, and consulting services for individuals, groups, organizations, and communities, and for women through counseling, coaching and consultative services. We are pushing the boundaries in our industry by creating services that addresses the WHOLE person.
