I love helping people to become more growth-producing and less stressed in their daily lives. Becoming less stressed and overwhelmed will require us to work together to identify your therapy goals so that we can devise a treatment plan that works for you and will address your needs effectively.
I am an evidenced-based therapist and I take great pride in helping my clients to navigate from less adaptive to more adaptive in their daily lives. I am eclectic regarding my use of treatment modalities although I often use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy interventions to help clients achieve their goals. I am compassionate, understanding, skilled, judgement-free, professional, and ready to help you achieve your therapeutic goals. I have never worked with anyone who was beyond hope or improvement. Circumstances can always be improved with support and work. Sometimes a change in one's perspective and/or awareness is the key to managing and coping with one's circumstances.
