I work with BIPOC women and LGBTQIA+ individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions, and problems related to familial and romantic relationships. I use a solution-focused approach to help you reach your goals set during our time together.
Although this is a professional relationship, when it comes to my style of therapy I like to make it feel like you're talking to a friend . I know I am most comfortable when talking with my friends because I can talk freely and uncensored, and I wanted to create an environment that felt comfortable and non-judgmental.
