I help you unpack and sort through that baggage to better understand what it is you are carrying and what you may want to do with it.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem, life transitions, women’s issues, and LGBTQIA problems related to familial and romantic relationships. I use creative interventions such as molding my clients' interests into therapeutic interventions.
Although this is a professional relationship, when it comes to my style of therapy I like to make it feel like you're talking to a friend . I know I am most comfortable when talking with my friends because I can talk freely and uncensored, and I wanted to create an environment that felt comfortable and non-judgmental.
