I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in the field. I truly believe Mental health is fundamental to living a happy and worthy life.
Mental health to me is a a bridge through which we connect all the dots and uncover experiences we thought we had forgotten, but these emotions still live within us and play a role in our everyday lives. Our therapeutic relationship works toward identifying emotions, thoughts, and experiences we thought we suppressed. Once we find clarity between what was, what it, and what could be, we can become our best selves. As a therapist, I aim to meet my clients where they are on their journey. I believe our therapeutic relationship is important as we are both apart of a journey with different roles but similar goals.
My experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and veterans. My goal is to build rapport and work toward an autonomous client-therapy relationship. I am a strong advocate for self-determination. My goal is to provide guidance throughout our therapeutic journey
