Empowering working-class women that are stressed and overwhelmed due to juggling several responsibilities such as parenthood and relationships is my specialty. My job as a therapist is to facilitate a safe and accepting therapeutic environment in order for my clients to start their healing work. Seeking therapy does not require a mental health diagnosis. Therapy can facilitate positive changes and improve one’s emotional wellbeing. Having a trusted person to share personal thoughts or challenges can be beneficial. I am available to assist anyone that is ready to change their current circumstances.
