Description

I'm a Black Caribbean therapist and licensed master social worker based in Buford, Georgia, and I work with women who are tired of holding everything together while quietly falling apart inside.

I specialize in generational trauma, sexual trauma, financial trauma, and emotional regulation. Many of my clients are Black or Caribbean women who grew up in homes where emotions weren't discussed, money was a source of shame or silence, and "strong" was the only option. I see you - and I know that strength has a cost.

In our work together, we'll go beneath the surface - into the patterns, wounds, and unmet needs your nervous system has been carrying. I draw from somatic therapy, parts work, inner child healing, EMDR, and narrative approaches to help you reconnect with your body, understand what's been driving the cycle, and build self-compassion that lasts. Therapy here is collaborative, culturally grounded, and judgment-free.

I also work with couples navigating relational stress and the emotional weight of financial pressure.

I'm a private-pay practice. Sliding scale spots are available, and I've partnered with Thrizer to help you access your out-of-network insurance benefits seamlessly. Let's find what works for you.
