The Mental Wellness Collective is a virtual group therapy practice specializing in meeting the needs of Black Women, and Women of Color and teen girls. It is our desire to create a safe space for you to learn ways to cope while empowering you with the tools and support to help resolve your issues, build your confidence and change negative thought patterns.
Speciality areas: Anxiety, depression, boundary setting, work/life balance, burnout/stress, trauma, life transitions and more. In addition, our services include seeing teen girls ages 15+ dealing with self harm and suicidal thoughts/behaviors.
Approaches: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).
