We have to redefine what being "Strong" means, ladies. You've taken the first step. You're seeking help. The stress and the pressure of life may seem like too much right now. Maybe getting out of bed is getting harder and harder. You may need a sounding board to work out a new life goal. You may find yourself getting tripped up by the same old thing and need a way to break that cycle.
Well, we can figure it out together. What you're going through may be a natural result of growing pains, or the build up of years of trials and tough times. Or it could be something more. Let's talk.
It's exhausting to always have it figured out; putting on the brave face; being everything to everyone. No matter how strong you may be, It's time to breathe.
I'm hear to listen, to partner with you; to walk you through THIS THING. Whatever it is. This may be your first go at therapy. It doesn't have to be something that takes years to complete. It doesn't have to be super expensive. You won't be judged or told what to do. I'm not the "expert" of your life. You are. And what you share with me will help you to get some clarity, develop new insight, learn new information, skills, and tools. The result, relief. A better you, ready to leap over hurdles that would have once left you falling flat.
