Greetings. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with over ten collective years of experience providing services to various populations in the mental/behavioral health care field.
I have extensive experience working with adults, couples and teenagers. Primarily, I help individuals learn how to resiliently navigate life. My specialty areas include but are not limited to anxiety, depression, navigating trauma, work-life balance, and stress management.
