I start with a client right where they are to understand their needs and partner with them in their journey for fulfillment and healing.

I am a caring and compassionate therapist with experience working with Black and Brown youth, young adults, middle aged adults and seniors. I am passionate about social justice and work to continue building my own cultural responsiveness. I consider my practice trauma informed in order to elevate the growth, resiliency, and healing of my clients. I treat clients who are seeking to manage their suffering, and may struggle with depression, anxiety, stress management, searching for identity and meaning, relationship issues, low self-concept, sexual/physical and emotional abuse, neglect, traumatic events and racial stress/trauma.

Together we will build rapport, explore your experiences and deep dive into you, to help you gain the necessary skills to rebuild the parts of your life and self that bring you satisfaction. We will tap into your creativity and safely move you to toward your desired goals and outcomes for mental well being. I believe that we all desire connection and emotional support. For me it is essential that my clients have the support that they need. If I am not equipped to provide what is needed I work to make sure a client is given the proper referrals that meet their needs and the balance that they deserve.
