By exploring patterns and learning new skills in therapy, you can gain a renewed sense of confidence and strength to tackle different obstacles that life throws your way.

I have experience working with anxiety, depression, parenting concerns, family conflict, and trauma. I also specialize in couples and family therapy. My approach consists of a mixture of techniques and philosophies, including attachment-based therapies, cognitive behavioral techniques, and narrative therapy. For children and teens, play therapy is utilized when appropriate. Attention and sensitivity to culture (such as race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, etc.) is always taken into account and addressed in order to ensure the best treatment for my clients.

On a personal level, I love spending time with my husband and young children. I enjoy watching a good movie and dancing to upbeat music. And of course my passion to help and support others has led me to be a therapist. You deserve to thrive in mental health and emotional wellness!
