I work particularly well with individuals navigating anxiety, identity, relationship, and trauma looking for a therapist that "gets it". As your therapist, I will help you navigate ways your thoughts may be negatively impacting your life. I will help you learn ways to manage and pursue the goal of not allowing anxiety and trauma to derail your days. My role will be to help you explore and identify unclear reasons that prevent you from living or having your envisioned life.
