I am a mental health professional affiliated with Lioness Horizon Inc. I am is passionate about helping mothers and women of all ages (adolescence through mature adulthood) as they take steps toward discovering, and rediscovering, what makes them feel hopeful, passionate, and whole. I believe that all experiences contribute to who we are; and that sometimes we can feel like there's misalignment between who we “see” in the mirror and where we want to be in our journey.
My goal is to help mothers, women, and adolescent females navigate the challenging thoughts, feelings, and emotions that come with various life experiences. Together, we can identify your unique strengths, explore the areas that may be causing roadblocks, challenge unhealthy ideologies, and set goals to help gain new perspectives toward a fulfilled life – loving you first.
I use a holistic, strength-based, cognitive behavioral therapy approach to offer support and help on the pathway towards self discovery, self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and better relationships. The journey at times may be challenging, but it is worth it. There is joy in restoring balance and wholeness to bring about optimal wellness despite challenges and struggles. Let's live in purpose!
