Life is happening! When it happens in a way that does not meet our expectations, disconnects us from those we care about, or prevents us from pursuing our goals, we can find ourselves feeling "stuck." I practice with the strong foundation that warmth, validation, and fostering healthy connections with oneself and others is critical to meeting our needs. My role as a Licensed Psychologist is to facilitate encouragement, change, and/or the ability to tolerate the difficulties in life.
I work with individuals experiencing many concerns such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, spiritual restlessness and identity, gender identity, body image concerns, interpersonal trauma (e.g., assault, domestic violence, racial trauma), racial and cultural identity, relationships, grief and loss, and much more.
I currently accept CareFirst Blue Cross-Blue Shield (HMO and PPO) and am an out-of-network provider.
