I specialize in helping adults overcome emotional and behavioral difficulties by bringing awareness to unhealthy patterns. All while providing you with a safe, supportive and non-judgmental space tailored to your individual needs.
I realize that the thought of participating in therapy and exposing what is going on in the inside may be scary. However, success on the outside occurs because of your peace, courage and wisdom on the inside. Transformation is from the inside out. I am willing to work with you in this process, while you challenge yourself to grow. We will put together a plan to help you on your journey to become the best version of yourself!
I work with adults individually as well as couples. I use different treatment modalities based on the needs of my clients. I can also integrate Christian, faith-based principles into our sessions if that is important to you. I believe life is so much easier when you have a little help along the way.
