I have many years of experience as a nurse but, my passion has always been in helping people who have mental health problems. I have worked in multiple settings medical as well as psychiatric from inpatient units, outpatient clinics, community service centers, and with the jail population. Providing mental health, behavioral health, and substance abuse services requires a deep understanding you can only get through the experience of being there. As an advance practice psychiatric nurse practitioner and certified substance abuse counselor I have the skill set and compassion to serve.
