We hold space for the executive leader who has to “be strong” among their team and staff while suffering in silence; privately. We normalize and validate truths and experiences that may be dismissed or misinterpreted by the church. We work alongside you through painful childhood pasts & experiences to break the generational cycle that no longer serves you. We help you cultivate a life that shapes who you want to become but, doesn’t limit you because of your experiences. This is possible because of YOUR efforts and YOUR work in therapy.
