I specialize in helping individuals cope with everyday stressors related to trauma, anxiety, depression, teen development, and familial relationships. My personal mantra is "living life on purpose, with purpose". I approach life with a grateful mindset and encourage individuals to reclaim authority over their peace and happiness.

I utilize a strength-based approach incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Therapy. In my family work, I use a systemic lens while emphasizing the Nurtured Heart Approach.
