I have a diverse background working with children and adults in many different settings (college campus, detention, court, child protection services and the community). My goal is to create a nurturing and empowering environment that encourages openness and honesty to maximize the results of therapy.
I received my Master’s in Social Work from Clark Atlanta University. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida. I have a notable reputation for helping youth with behavioral issues and women facing diverse issues.
You will have my support creating a plan to meet your needs and goals for therapy. I specialize in Solution-Focused Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
In a non-judgmental way I will help you identify how thoughts impact mood, behavior, and relationships.
Your safety, confidentiality and empowerment is important to me. Sessions will give you the tools you need to manage stressors in a healthy manner.
