I specialize in working with individuals and groups who are struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, parenting & relationship challenges, identity exploration, and life transitions. I also work with folks on racial identity development and healing from oppression related trauma.
Beyond weekly therapy I offer EMDR & Brainspotting Intensives. Intensive sessions can be used on their own or in addition to individual therapy. EMDR Intensives will allow you to work through issues in hours or days that would typically take months or even years with traditional talk therapy. The work is intense, but it is healing.
