Hey there! I'm Shannon. As the Lead Therapist at SCT Counseling, my first objective is to build rapport (a professional connection) with my clients. My biggest mission is to normalize therapy, making healing more appealing for the black and brown community! I am well trained and passionate about partnering with individuals battling anxiety, depression, anger, low self-worth, life transitions and a host of other things. My personal style is to deal with problems at the root, while creating lasting solutions. My personality, coupled my professional experience creates a safe space for my clients to heal, face life-challenges and get a good laugh every so often!
