Learning to balance the stresses of everyday life can prove to be challenging. Eventually it can take a toll on your mental health and self-care no longer becomes a priority. My mission is to work collaboratively with you to set realistic goals, empower you to put yourself first, cultivate self-awareness and reduce self-doubt. Through therapy, I aim to uncover the value systems which play a role in the barriers to your growth. This is accomplished by utilizing integrated therapeutic approaches which will include mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing (MI) and others.
Although change is not easy, together we can create the strategies to start the “You” you want to become while developing skills to become more intentional in your daily living. Your mind, body and spirit will thank you for it. After all, how can you continue to give to others if you have nothing else to give yourself?
Although my specializations include working with clients with anxiety and self-esteem, I have many years working with children and families suffering with depression and PTSD. My range of professional experience and relatable life experience helps me to recognize that we are all on a journey. Allow me to help you manifest the peace and balance you deserve.
