We all encounter different challenges and stressors throughout the course of our lives. Sometimes those challenges and stressors can be overwhelming and exhausting to tackle solo. I believe that sometimes we aren’t sure what we even need but are certain that something needs to or could be different in our life. I naturally work from a strengths-based and client-centered perspective and feel that collaboration and rapport are key components in the therapeutic process.
