And maybe you aren't even sure what the problem is, you just know things aren't working and no matter how hard you try, you end up in the same cycle of struggle.

As a holistic counselor and expressive arts therapist, my work with clients takes the whole person, mind, body and spirit into consideration. In addition to traditional counseling & psychotherapy methods, I offer creative arts processes, energy therapies and mindfulness practices to support you on your journey of healing, personal growth and transformation.
My approach is person-centered and strength-based. I hold a safe non-judgmental space in which you can go deep into self exploration, emerging from the process with a stronger sense of self and well-being. I am currently employed by Simmons Counseling & Consulting Services (SCCS) and practice under the direct supervision of licensed psychologist Danielle Simmons, PhD.
