The essence of my work is simply to empower you and show you how to get what you want in life. The overall goal is for my clients to be whole, healed, and happy.
I've been in private practice for over sixteen years and I am licensed in the State of Maryland and Georgia. My doctorate is in health sciences and I'm a plant-based chef.
My specialty is health psychology. I primarily work with women (ages 30-65) on the following issues: anxiety, depression, communication, and self-confidence/acceptance.
