Description
It can be hard to ask others for help, especially from a professional therapist. I give my clients permission to be themselves, meaning you do not need to have it all together while we’re working together. It can be both physically and mentally exhausting walking into the world showing up for others, and you have not taken the time to show up for yourself. Working with women help discover or rediscover themselves is what I love most—learning to walk in not only your truth but walking unapologetically in it for the world to see.
When envisioning Resilience In Healing Therapeutic Services, this is what I had in mind. We have all experienced hardship, and this is not what defines us. Therapy is not easy, but it is worth it when working collaboratively with a therapist who sees the real you that the world doesn't have the pleasure of seeing.
