I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor licensed in both Texas and Louisiana, and I’ve spent over a decade helping people through some of life’s most difficult moments. I began my work in 2007 at a chemical dependency organization, where I saw firsthand how meaningful support can change lives. I work with individuals facing addiction, anxiety, depression, and overwhelming stress, and I believe healing happens best in a safe, nonjudgmental space. My approach is compassionate and collaborative, focused on helping you better understand yourself, build on your strengths, and move toward lasting, positive change.
