Therapy enables us to explore different aspects of your life and how those experiences have shaped you. Some of the interventions that I utilize include; CBT, Personal Centered, Motivational Interviewing techniques, DBT techniques, Mindfulness, Gottman Method and many more depending on your needs individually, as a couple, or as a family.
