Perhaps you’re just feeling down or nervous – maybe you’re unsure about the future of a relationship, or have recently been diagnosed with a serious illness. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support. In my therapy sessions I promote healing by maintaining a person-centered focus by encouraging a positive outlook, the adoption of new attitudes, and fostering hope and healing. I have the empathy, understanding, personal and professional experience to help you cope and move forward.
I’m a licensed therapist in New York state (Licensed Mental Health Counselor/LMHC) with several years of experience counseling various groups of people which include: the terminally ill, people of color, those struggling with depression, anxiety, and self esteem issues, and people who are experiencing difficult life transitions.
Your mental health and well-being is so important to me. I love helping people develop the tools they need to cope with all of life’s challenges. I’d love to help you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.
Also I was diagnosed with Endometriosis and Adenomyosis in March of 2018 and have sworn to dedicate my life to serving women who are struggling with these reproductive diseases and other issues that are unique to women. As an “Endo sister” I understand firsthand what it is like living with these diseases and hope to instill hope and encouragement in women who feel hopeless and are struggling to find adequate care.
