Description
Are you wearing a mask so convincing even those closest to you can’t tell? What about your relationship with your partner; is it strained? Are your attempts to communicate ending in arguments that leave you drained and frustrated? Do you feel alone even in a room full of family and friends? Perhaps you're in a season of transition that has you feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or depressed. Presently, isolation and distancing ourselves from others has become the norm and it’s easier trying not to face them. The problem is you can’t avoid yourself. These are tough challenges, but resolution requires our attention and intentional effort.
My focus is to create a therapeutic relationship with you and become a genuine, safe space where you can remove the mask. As a relational therapist, I center you with an understanding that our relationship plays a critical role in your ability to feel safe and process.
I commend you for taking the first step… take another. I’m extremely passionate about working with couples, families, and individuals experiencing relationship issues, living with the effects of trauma, or having difficulty in times of transition. Contact me so I can share my expertise and hold space with you.
