Description

I am extremely passionate about empowering individuals, couples and families to heal and live their best, most authentic lives. I strongly believe that each and every individual, regardless of background, ability, or beliefs, should have a safe space where they can feel comfortable being their true self. I know that sitting across from someone with similar experiences can help to build trust and promote connection, and am therefore deeply committed to holding space for people of color.

I deeply value the therapeutic relationship between client and therapist and pride myself on fostering a safe, judgement-free environment for all clients to share their truths. I privilege meeting the unique needs of my client and tailor my therapeutic approach and guide the work accordingly. I would love the opportunity to work with and help you move away from that which is plaguing you; toward a life of healing and thriving.

My areas of interest & training include: Life Transitions/Crisis | Depression &Anxiety | Self-Esteem | Chronic Illness | Coping with Trauma & Adverse Experiences | Relationships &Intimacy | Women’s Empowerment | Cultural Identity Challenges | Grief &Loss | Sexuality | LGBTQIA+ | WOC &POC | Student Life | New Parents

In this trying time for all of us, please note that I am accepting new clients and am providing telehealth services via video and phone. I also accept some insurances as listed. I offer complimentary phone and video consultations to determine goodness of fit. Let's connect! Please note that emails are preferred.

I am putting together a virtual support group for new parents. I am a new mother myself and would like to hold space for those who are new to parenting and are just trying to figure it out. It is especially important for me to offer this space to Black and Brown parents. Children are welcome!
