Jamie’s passion for helping others has been the driving force in her professional career which led her to pursuing a Master’s in Social Work at the University of Southern California (USC). She believes all women have the capacity to live lives that are full of love, hope and successes.
Jamie works collaboratively with clients to increase their self-worth and self-fulfillment by relying heavily on a combination of shared experiences, connection and research-based interventions. While working with Jamie, clients will learn healthy boundaries, emotion regulation and healthy coping mechanisms which can lead to an increase in concentration and the ability to self-regulate emotions and develop conflict resolution skills.
