Heyyyy, I’m Serenity.

I specialize in working with clients who are ready to embrace meaningful change and step into their fullest potential. Many come to me eager to cultivate self-worth, shift limiting beliefs, and transform relationship patterns as they create a more fulfilling, empowered life.

If you're navigating anxiety, depression, sexual trauma, family or relationship struggles, my services are for you. With a background as a yoga instructor, mind and body awareness is something I emphasize with clients, especially those with trauma. This often includes grounding techniques, breath work, or gentle exploration of how your body holds stress or emotional pain. My goal is to help you feel more in tune with yourself and more confident handling whatever life throws your way.

Apart from individual therapy, I also help couples, including those in diverse relationships (e.g., polyamorous, interracial), through issues of intimacy, connection, and trust. I also work with families facing conflict, grief, or blended family dynamics.

My clients often share challenges like:
* Constant people-pleasing and putting others’ needs before their own
* Struggling with low self-confidence and self-doubt
* Consistently attracting and entertaining emotionally unavailable people
* Struggling with attachment wounds and the fear of abandonment
* Not knowing who they are
* Trouble maintaining healthy boundaries with others
* Grieving past versions of themselves or unmet expectations
* Racing thoughts, overthinking, or spiraling into negative thought loops
* Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or emotional burnout
* Carrying the weight of past sexual trauma or unresolved pain
* Navigating major life transitions
* Feeling disconnected from their body or numb from trauma
* Wanting to build stronger habits and routines for emotional wellness
* Seeking more intimacy, trust, or clarity in their romantic relationship
* Managing tension, grief, or communication issues within the family

Therapy is not about “fixing” you—because you are not broken. It’s about coming home to yourself and honoring your needs. In our work together, you’ll be met with compassion, honesty, and support.

My approach centers on helping you to:
- Break cycles
- Build better habits
- Develop or strengthen mind-body awareness
- Integrate practices that support your mental health
- Strengthen your relationship with yourself, and
- Unravel deeply rooted beliefs that no longer serve you.

If you’re curious to explore what healing could look like for you, I invite you to book a free consultation. You can do so by clicking the link to my website. This is a no-pressure opportunity to see if we’re a good fit and to ask any questions you may have.
