I am a licensed social worker in the state of Illinois. I have more than 10 years of professional work experience. I work with my clients to create an open space, where it feels safe sorting through stress, trauma, anxiety, depression and any of life's challenges. I specialize in affirming clients and guiding them through utilizing the best parts of themselves. I am compassionate and understanding and strive to make sure clients feel heard.
I have extensive experience working with youth and adolescents, as I have previously served as a school social worker. I also specialize in working with couples, individuals and families, who are faced with challenges in relationships, conflict resolution, emotion management, coping skills, and other life stressors.
