I would like to help you address that gut feeling of "I want and need more". With COVID and all of the issues around Social Injustice, it is easy to feel overwhelmed and unsure about your purpose or next steps. These issues are happening on top of the day to day grind that we all engage in. We will work together towards increased self-worth, and learning new coping skills and communication skills. We will also address conflict and problem resolution. We will actively work on effective ways to strengthen and affirm your relationships, be it marital (or companion), or with family members, friends and others.
We will intentionally get to the root causes of anxiety and depression and deal with unresolved trauma. We can also address present concerns that cause us to ruminate and worry; sometimes without real cause. Using the foundations of Cognitive Behavioral and Solution Focused theories, you will be able to navigate through feeling stuck while seeking wholeness and growth at the same time.
In a non-judgmental space, we will work together towards your goals. You will emerge stronger and able to direct your path. I am passionate about helping people manage stress while striving for fulfillment at the same time. Self-Esteem, Relationship issues, Goal Attainment, Life planning, Conflict resolution/Problem solving...are all issues that must be addressed in order to be grounded and feel whole.
