Greetings! I am the owner and operator of Inner G Counseling. Instead of finding out what is wrong, I help clients find out what is right in their lives. I use various strength based techniques that integrate mind body and spirit to help client live a more fulfilling and holistic life. Some methods that I utilize include Cognitive Behavior therapy, Cognitive Process Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, and Meditation. My Clients are provided with a safe and relaxed space to identify and confront all aspects of themselves that cause anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, and dis-ease.
