I am passionate about mental wellness for the BIPOC community and strongly believe in evidence based practice to address issues of trauma, anxiety, depression, generational trauma and racialized trauma. I offer mental health for adolescents, adults and parents. We will work together, using a variety of therapeutic modalities to bring symptoms down that may be getting in the way of living and functioning. Each person is different; thus a therapeutic approach should fit you, as an individual. Your symptoms are not your personality; you are not your trauma.
