Together we work to create strategies and interventions to decrease the unwanted symptoms you are experiencing (insomnia, panic, crying spells, racing thoughts, etc). I believe that you are the most important person in the therapy room, and should feel supported. I am trauma informed and LGBTQ+ affirming.
