Dr. Sarah F. Taylor PhD, is a Nurse Practitioner and is dual certified in general medicine and psychiatric mental health care. She graduated from the University of Texas with honors. Dr. Taylor PhD, specializes in diagnosing and treating mental health problems and general medical conditions. She treats all ages and also provides medication management services. She has both inpatient and outpatient experiences in treating acute/chronic mental health conditions, and medical conditions for the past 7 years. She is instrumental in demonstrating that proper medication management in mental health conditions can prevent relapses in psychiatric patients.
