CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS!
I serve couples and families that face a myriad of presenting challenges such as blended families, life transitions, communication challenges, conflict resolution, dismantling old patterns, relationship satisfaction, etc. My work is centered around humility, collaboration, and a commitment to personal accountability. I deeply enjoy working with couples & families.

I work with couples and families to develop positive tools and resources to help improve their relational and individual wellbeing. With training rooted in family systems theory, I aim to address the needs of individuals in the context of family, social and cultural systems while working from a strength based perspective.

When I work with clients, I take an approach of informed curiosity. My goal is to deeply understand who you are, what your experience of the world is like, who you want to be, and where you want your life to go. From this understanding, I aim to collaborate with you in order to help you realize the changes you are seeking.

About Me: I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Associate. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Communications from Howard University in Washington, DC. After years of doing community outreach work and mentoring youth in my free time, I decided to pursue my passion for mental wellness and healing through counseling.

Reach out today! Note: I am available to provide telehealth to anyone residing in Washington.
