Are you experiencing unwanted feelings or undesirable behaviors or habits? Would you like to get a better handle or gain control over depression, anxiety, mood changes, frustration, and/or anger? Or do you have a desire to learn how to establish or repair relationships? My desire is to help you learn how to address these things. I have worked with individuals who experienced dysfunction in their marriage, in relationships and within the family. My work with you will focus on helping you discover effective coping skills that will permit you to achieve the peace, strength, and comfort that you desire in your life.
As I support you through gaining awareness of external influences, examination of past behaviors and thought processes, and the development or enhancement of coping skills, you will achieve the changes you desire. Unwelcome experiences that occur in life yield unattractive results. Therefore, through exploration of self-perceptions, level of self-care, and decision-making process, the changes that you desire may be pursued. I have worked with individuals who have had dysfunction in their relationships or issues with self-esteem to achieve the desired well-being. I have worked therapeutically with adults—individuals and couples—ranging in various ages and backgrounds from teens to seniors.
