Description
**I'm here for you.** Four simple words that can make a world of difference. Life can be overwhelming, and sometimes, we just need someone who can help us see things more clearly and walk with us toward a healthier path.
As a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and experienced therapist, I am passionate about supporting individuals—especially youth and at-risk populations—through life’s most challenging moments. I specialize in helping clients navigate anger, stress, communication barriers, and relationship concerns, with a strong focus on emotional regulation, boundary-setting, and self-awareness.
I bring a humanistic, client-centered approach to therapy, using cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques to help clients explore the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Whether we’re working through depression, anxiety, women’s issues, or family dynamics, I believe in tailoring treatment to each client’s unique story.
My work in high school settings and across various community agencies has equipped me to engage meaningfully with adolescents, families, and individuals seeking real change. I also draw from family systems theory when working with couples and families to improve communication, connection, and understanding.
My goal is to help you become the best version of yourself. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can reflect, learn, and grow at your own pace. Healing isn’t easy—but it’s possible. And I’m here to walk that path with you.
