Samantha holds a Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling from Trinity Washington University. Samantha's goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space for you to adress your concerns, have emotional support, encouragement and support you in your self growth.
She uses Mindful Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Humanistic and Person Centered theories. She specializes in using years of study and personal experience to assist the client in boundary-setting, healing and thriving within themselves and their personal relationships.
