Through a variety of approaches, I help people feel more confident in themselves and their individual identities. I strive for people to be heard, understood and respected. I offer insight on intersectionality and balancing the many hats one wears regarding identity and transitions.
I currently see teens and adults with a diverse range of identities. I am a body positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming Therapist who seeks to uplift and affirm all intersecting identities you may hold.
