Do you ever feel exhausted of carrying that cluttered bag of stress, weighing you down and draining you emotionally? There are various factors that shape who we are, whether it be our past experiences, cultural identity, family/societal roles, and etc. Sometimes we need a little support connecting to who we truly are underneath all the noise. We can work together to declutter that bag of stress and repurpose the contents in a way that will allow for healing and growth.
I have personal and professional experience working with issues that arise for multi-racial/multi-cultural individuals, families, and couples. I also work with single parents who deal with feelings of guilt and try to find balance in life on top of all the parenting stressors that come with the package.
As a trained Art Therapist, I have the benefit of incorporating the use of various materials to add another dimension of communication and exploration to the work we do together.
