Sabrina Hyland is the founder of New Journey Counseling. Sabrina is a Licensed Professional Counselor. She holds a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Argosy University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine from Norfolk State University. She believes that educating, supporting, and providing guidance is essential for empowering and walking alongside her clients on their new journey towards reaching their goals. Helping clients build a solid toolbox of skills to navigate life is an area of passion for Sabrina. The foundation of her work focuses on assisting clients in learning to effectively cope with their challenges, effectively communicate their needs, and identify/support use of a healthy support system for optimal mind and body balance.
