As a therapist serving the Washington DC area, I excel in supporting those who find themselves struggling to manage anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, stress, relationships, self-advocacy or self-esteem.
I'm specially trained in providing therapy and assessment services via American Sign Language, and also experienced in working with members of the BIPOC and LGBTQ+ community. I work collaboratively with my clients to determine goals and plans for treatment, using a trauma-informed approach, but I also incorporate mindfulness, behavioral and play techniques.
