I specialize in treating individuals and couples struggling with stress, relational issues and anxiety. I place an emphasis on providing culturally competent and informed care.
With a degree in psychology, I understand that what happens inside of people can greatly affect their level of functioning, ability to cope, and healing process. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I believe that what happens between people is just as, if not more important than what is happening inside of them.
Our relationships from early childhood to present day can greatly influence who we are, but it does not have to define who you are and who you are becoming. I can help you navigate these relationships, develop healthier thinking patterns about yourself, and make behavioral changes that will positively impact your quality of life.
